Your email clients screens and text may vary from the screens you see here. Please locate the similiar fields and use them as appropiate. The text descriptions will be very helpfull if your screens vary to a great degree from the pictures attached.

PDA: iPhone, TREO, etc:
Configure your iPhone mail client, TREO VersaMail, etc. using the same settings as described below. When you are done with the Basic Setup, click Advanced. When given the option (usually the second page), check Use authentication (ESMTP) and enter your full email address (with @domain.com) for username, and your email password. You should now be able to use email from your PDA!

Special note:
Some Internet Service Providers do not make SMTP service available to its subscribers. You will need to either switch to a true Internet Service Provider, or change the way you read and send email. One alternative is to use our web email interface, http://mail.systemtune.com. With this email option, you will not need to configure any server settings at all.
Open your email client.
In the menu bar, go to the Tools drop-down menu and select Accounts.

If you have yet to configure your client, click Add and select Mail.
If you have already configured your client, select the account and click Properties.
On the pages that follow, enter/select using the following information:
Your type of email account is POP3.
Your Name will be displayed to all recipients of your email.
Enter your full Email Address in both the E-Mail Address and User Name field.
Your entire email address must be fully written into the user name field.
Enter pop.systemtune.com into the Incoming mail server (POP3) field
and smtp.systemtune.com into the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field.
[If you were adding a new account in Outlook Express, save the changes, then highlight the account and click "Properties".]

Click on the More Settings button and then click the Servers (or Outgoing Server) tab to open up a screen like one of the ones seen on the right.

As you see on the screens to the right, be sure to check off the box saying something like My server requires authentication.
Be sure to set the setting to Use same settings as my incoming mail server (You may need to click a settings tab to configure this option)

[Verizon users must use outgoing server authentication using Verizon UserName/ID & password. Note that some clients (Eudora specifically) do not allow this.]

Outlook (above) -or- Outlook Express (below)
Then click the Advanced tab and check off the following boxes:

Leave a copy on the server (check this box if you use multiple locations to access your email).
Remove from server after xx days (All your emails are stored locally by Outlook (or your preferred mail client), and this option determines how long a copy of of your emails should be archived on the server. Check this box and enter the number of days you wish to keep archived email on the server. Leave this unchecked if you want to store all old emails on the server.)
Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'
Click Apply and OK to save all these settings.
Now your email client is configured, you can send and receive emails.
